My family has benefited tremendously from the Menlo Park City School District. I'm running for School Board to support our district that shaped my son and so many other students.
I'm Chair of the Measure U Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee. I have years of professional experience working in county government managing public projects and taxpayer funds. I can help navigate the tough decisions on priorities, budgets, and long-range planning.
I'm dedicated to actively meeting with parents and our wider community to bring input, questions, and concerns back to the district for discussion. For example, what is the right amount of technology in the classroom? Which priorities should our district fund, and why?
I'll build on what makes our school district successful and ensure that we remain a district where students, families, and staff have the best opportunity to learn and grow.

My son attended Laurel Elementary and Hillview Middle School and is now a freshman at Menlo-Atherton High School. Watching him grow in the school district, including in the Spanish Immersion program, gave me a firsthand appreciation for the teachers, staff, and community that make it such a special place.
My Professional Experience
I work in facilities and real estate for the County of Santa Clara's Facilities and Fleet Department, managing public facilities and public financed improvements across more than 110 sites. My work requires balancing stakeholder priorities, managing limited budgets, and making difficult decisions about allocating resources.
My Community Work
The Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee for Measure U is charged with ensuring accountability for the school district's $130 million voter-approved bond funding facility improvements at Hillview, Oak Knoll, Encinal, and Laurel.
I want to ensure that future students have the same opportunities that my son enjoyed.

Bring practical public sector experience to stakeholder engagement, needs assessments, and long-range planning.
